getting settled in our new digs!

enjoyed a sunny day at Cottage Lake Park. We had never been there and really enjoyed it. Huge play area, basketball courts, and a trail to the dock.

This picture does look a little scary now that I think about it, but he is strapped in and I was right there. He was feeding the ducks some goldfish crackers and then threw the whole plastic bag in. Noah was very upset at the whole incident and since we couldn't get it, I had to explain that it would wash up on shore and someone would throw it away.

Valentine's Day. Noah had a fun party at preschool and we just hung at home and had a yummy crockpot meal for dinner.

Drewby being silly with Noah's helmet.

fun walk on the trail with Annie and our tag a long Duke. He went for a dip in the creek and Annie was a little upset that she couldn't join him.

Horse in the backyard.

a little playtime out back.

Noah got this cool tent as a late bday present from my Mom and the boys have been loving it. Mom is also loving it!

fun girls night this last Friday night. My friend Carrie came over and made Erika and I dinner for our bdays. We had some wine and then a couple of Woodinville Whiskey barrel aged cocktails. Let's just say that was a HUGE mistake on all of our parts! Paid for it all day long on Saturday.
It's been a couple of weeks now in the new house and at least a few since my last post so I need to get caught up. We are loving the new house and are pretty much settled for the most part. Still getting things on the walls and organizing the garage, but we have gotten a lot done in a pretty short amount of time. The boys are loving the house and are adjusting quite well to their new suroundings. Annie is loving the freedom of no fence and has had quite a few adventures around the neighborhood with the horses behind us and the golden retriever next door. The neighbor's dog's name is Duke and he is such a sweetheart. He joins us on all our walks greets us when we get home from time to time. We've met most of the neighbors and all are great. We have yet to meet the one's across from us, which we hear there are two boys around the ages of 5 and 7, which should be fun for Noah. It feels really good to be downsized to a smaller house and to be in an area that we love with great schools for the boys. All in all it's been a great move and we are excited about raising the boys in this house.
