We are still loving the new house and have been keeping busy on the weekends getting things organized and working out in the yard and the garage. I have been busy in the yard lately and have been doing lots of weeding/trimming and getting it as cleaned up as I can. It's really a beautiful yard, but it's quite big and there is so much that is landscaped that it's pretty overwhelming. We have someone coming out next week to do a big clean up, which will be so nice. I really love being out there and enjoy learning about all the different plants we have in the yard. Orlin put his big elk up in the living room over the weekend, so he is really feeling at home now! I never thought I'd be game for having one in my living room, but there is no other place to put them in the house and we have really high vaulted ceilings, so I had to give a little bit. He would love to put the other 5 he has up, but we compromised on just the one for now and have talked about building a detached garage/man room sometime in the future for his other animals. The boys are doing great and just this last weekend we finally met our neighbors accross the street with the two boys 7 & 10 yrs old and Noah and them made fast friends and played all weekend outside. We were so thrilled until we learned that they were only leasing the house and will be moving out in three weeks! :( So sad! The parents are really cool too, so we are pretty bummed. The house right next door recently sold and we are hoping a family with kids moves in so Noah and Drew have some buddies to play with. I got a haircut a couple of weeks ago and really enjoy the new short cut. It was getting crazy long, so I had an itch to do something drastic! Maybe I'll post a pic soon. ;) We are hosting Easter bruch here with both sides of the family, so I am excited to have the house and yard all in order to show the family that hasn't seen it yet.
