This last week was a busy one due to spring break and lots of playdates at our house. On Monday we went to Sky High in Bellevue which is a huge trampoline place that is fun for all ages. We had cousins Tanner and Mandy for part of the day and also went with friends Karisa, Kiersten and Kyle. I was sure glad to have Karisa there to help with Drew and Noah since I had an extra two kids in tow! Everyone had a great time and bounced their little brains out! Tuesday Noah actually had a make up day at his preschool and Wednesday we had Tanner and Manday again all day and also had friends Katie, Nia, and Isla over to play. Noah was in heaven having Nia and his cousins to play with and it was actually a nice little break for me too since they kept Noah totally entertained all day and loved helping out with Drew. Thursday we had our neighbors across the street over for a good part of the day and Noah had lots of fun playing with their boys Tyler and Carter. Tyler is 4 and Carter will be 3 in a few months so Noah is right in between them. Noah's pretty lucky to have some good friends to play with right across the street. Friday we had friends Jenn, Landon and Cayden over and got outside to play since it was such a nice day. We got out on a walk after nap time and then Mommy went out on the town with friends Carrie and Erika and had a great time! We all are pretty busy with kids/work, so it was great to catch up and have some fun like old times! Saturday Orlin had an event at the distillery and we had his parents watch the boys overnight so we could have a little break for the night and morning. It was a little weird, but quite nice to be able to come home to a quiet house and sleep in this morning. We went to breakfast and are having a great Sunday family afternoon. Noah and Orlin went on a little hike while Drew and I hung at home. It is raining a little so I'm feeling pretty good about my decision to stay home plus Noah informed me that it was just for boys and that he didn't want me to go, so I decided to go with it and let him and Daddy have some good boy time! On a side note, Drew started saying "uh oh" several days ago and has been saying it everytime either he or we drop anything! It's pretty darn cute. Still not officially crawling yet, but getting around really good and really fast. He has gotten on all fours and has been rocking back and forth, so I imagine it's going to be any day now.
