The Sorensen's: Memorial Weekend in Chelan.

We spent Memorial Day weekend in Chelan at my parents place with most of my family minus my sis and brother in law. We usually celebrate my sister's birthday that weekend, but this year her and her hubby decided to do their own thing just the two of them. We offered to take the kiddos since we knew they would have fun and also because they entertain my kids real well. It's a win win! The weather was beautiful and we spent lots of time swimming and playing in the sun. Orlin, my Dad and I were even able to sneak in a super fun mountain bike ride up in the hills and it felt awesome! We made the most of the weekend and headed home Monday morning to beat the traffic. I was able to come home and have a little quiet time in the yard during nap time and then headed to a girlfriends to celebrate my sister's birthday. Great weekend had by all!

earlier in the week before we left for Chelan we celebrated Jayme and Tanner's birthday at my parents house. Noah decided he would help with the candles!

We were packed and ready for Chelan, but were killing time waiting for Tanner's baseball game to get over. We didn't leave town till amost 9:00 pm! I like to walk on the wild side! Drew was awake and chatty the entire time, go figure! Pleasant ride overall though with 6 of us in my car.
