Whidbey trip.

The third week in July we headed to Whidbey for another week vaca with the fam. It also happened to be the opening season of salmon fishing...I'm starting to see a trend here. :/ It's hard when you are outnumbered by boys who love to fish!

Since our place on Whidbey is usually booked all summer, we rented a place that was right next to the boat launch, which made getting in and out a breeze. The place we rented was really cute and also included a golf cart, (which you can imagine was a big hit with the boys), and two kayak's. We had a few visitors over the trip, which included some friends, Orlin's parents, and my Dad and my nephew Tanner. Tanner and I really enjoyed kayaking together while they were here and he even decided that he wanted to get one when he got home. It was so fun spending time with everyone and I especially enjoyed the time with my MIL, Sue. Her and I love to be able to get away from the boys for part of the day and do lunch and some shopping around. Gotta sneak in that girly time when I can!
